We are able to accept some returns. Specifically on full priced merchandise that has not been opened yet. Please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@sunandmoo.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the sealed product has been opened or the safety seal has been broken after delivery.
