Not only does cycle syncing allow us to get more in tune with our bodies and our feminine energy, but it also allows us to plan out our lives and allows us to live our lives in a more efficient way!

If you know your abilities and limitations, depending on what phase of the cycle you’re in, you will be more aware of what your body needs during that time.

For instance, feeling tired during your luteal cycle and deciding to rest, or do yoga, instead of going to that HIIT class.

If you are tired, this is a message from your body to SLOW DOWN.

Benefits of cycle syncing include:

  • Helps you maintain stable blood sugar levels. Typically, a woman is more insulin resistant during luteal phase compared to follicular phase. Blood sugar dysregulation can have a strong negative impact on the menstrual cycle. Knowing all of this can help you modify your diet to better accommodate your metabolism! This also helps reduce cravings for sweets and snacks!
  • Helps to reduce stress. If you know that you are going to be more emotional or sensitive during certain phases of your cycle, usually during luteal and menstrual phases, this will allow you to take a step back, reflect and realize that these elevated emotions could be exacerbated by your hormones.
  • Lowers intensity of PMS
  • More stable mood
  • Increased libido
  • Boosted productivity and mental clarity
